Q. What time is check-in and check-out?Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. Check-out time depends on the room type. cabin room until 11:00 atelier room by 10:00

Q. Do you offer early check-in and late check-out?We charge an additional fee for early check-in and late check-out. Please be sure to inform us in advance as it is subject to room availability. Fee 1 hour : 2,500 yen (tax included), up to 2 hours

Q. What is the rate for children?Children of elementary school age and older are included in the number of guests. If you do not need a futon for your child to sleep with, please indicate this when you make a reservation.

Q. Is breakfast available?Breakfast is available only for guests who rent the whole inn.

Q. Do you provide transportation from the airport?We are sorry, but we do not provide transportation to and from the airport. Buses are available, but are infrequent, so we recommend renting a car. Please use our inn's free parking lot. A cab from the airport takes about 10 minutes and costs about 1,800 yen.

Q. When should I notify you of my cancellation? Is there a cancellation fee?Please contact us at least one month prior to your stay for cancellation. In accordance with our cancellation policy, a cancellation fee will be charged from 1 month prior to your stay. Please see "Cancellation Policy" for details.

Can I send my luggage in advance?Please send your luggage to the address below, making sure to write the name of the representative person staying at the hotel and the date of your stay on the waybill. Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?We offer luggage storage before check-in but not for after check-out.

Q. Can I be placed on a waiting list?Unfortunately, we do not have a waiting list. Availability changes constantly, so please check our website for the latest information.

Q. Is there a convenience store nearby?There is a convenience store about 15 minutes away and a supermarket about 3 minutes away by car.

Q. Can I smoke?No. Smoking is not permitted in the restaurant or in any of the guest rooms. Please use the outdoor smoking booths.

Q. Will the marine tours be held even if it rains or the weather is bad?In principle, the tour will be held even if it rains, but it may be cancelled or rescheduled in case of high waves, strong winds, or rain with poor visibility, which may affect the safety of the tour. In such cases, we will make suggestions and consultations with you.

Q. Can I participate in a marine tour with a toddler?You are welcome to join us. For children up to 4 years old, we have floats and box glasses for free. If the sea is not rough, you can enjoy it with your children.
